What's covered in my coaching?
Understanding that variables matter.
As a unique individual, I recognise that there are potentially thousands of variables that could be contributing to your symptoms. So instead of a copy and paste program where everyone gets the same information, your coaching sessions will be guided by you and your needs.
Yes there is a framework of information which covers as many of the potential variables that could affect your health. That framework is designed to give you lifelong information and tools. But how much time we spend on each area or how deep we need to look into any particular one will be dictated by your individual situation.

When working with clients, my aim is to expand your knowledge and awareness of yourself. To maximise your understanding of how your body and mind uniquely work; to help you find balance and to nurture an internal environment focused on healing and vitality.
To achieve this we will go above and beyond the standard approaches of health coaching.
We start with the five pillars of health that my coaching is based upon then add as many of the extra topic choices as is required.
As I said above, variables matter. Being aware of the potential factors that could impact your current and future self is a vital part of the process.

NUTRITION AND NOURISHMENT - The good the bad and the ugly of nutrition, myths and areas of over-hyped fad diets, the science behind what macro nutrients, vitamins and minerals you need, how they impact your health, energy, focus and recovery. We’ll cover fasting protocols, a broad range of diet options and will get deep into when and what to eat.

MENTAL HEALTH AND BRAIN OPTIMISATION - I recognise you as an individual and a large part of the coaching process is allowing your mental health and wellbeing to be at the centre of all of our decisions together. We’ll also cover the science behind what stress does to you, why knowing this is important and how you can start to take control of your own stress management. We’ll look into and implement tools for you to adapt to your lifestyle or methods to add to help manage your feelings of stress or burnout.

MOVEMENT AND EXERCISE - What exercise does to your brain, body, immune system, digestion, metabolism, muscle mass and function. The effects on reversing aging, finding the “Goldilocks” zone of movement and exercise. What is your minimal effective dose based on your health and wellbeing goals. My experience as a personal trainer in my twenties, my own obsession with exercise performance, physiology, biochemistry and health and having coached, treated and mentored hundreds of individuals at all levels and disciplines gives me a unique ability to work with those starting out through to professional athletes.

DETOXIFICATION - The detoxification pathways in your body can dictate the balance of health and wellness. Detox is a bit of buzz word when in reality it is a plethora of processes, chemical reactions and movement of toxins and end waste products. It is also, in my opinion the most underrated pillar of health in the global health space. Lots of healthy choices like nutrition and exercise can and do massively help with detoxification, but to get to the most in depth levels of detoxification, you need to up your game. It is even more important in this day and age because of all the chemicals we are in contact with on a daily basis, from food and packaging, clothing, water and beyond. You will learn what detoxification really is, why it is one of the pillars of health and we’ll discuss methods and protocols to improve and enhance detoxification in your body to help bring about rapid health changes.

GOAL SETTING AND VISUALISING YOUR FUTURE - Creating lofty but achievable goals based on how you visualise your future is an important part of the process. Allowing time to focus on you and you alone can be a liberating part of the process.

AGING - What is aging and how does it affect our mental and physical health. Can we slow down or even reverse the aging process? What speeds up aging and how can we reverse this. How does aging affect your health at any stage of life and what can we do about that? BIOHACKING - A modern word for lifestyle, treatments or supplements designed to “hack” your biology, neurology and mitochondrial health. We will discuss and implement some of these protocols or treatments as required based on your goals. My extensive knowledge in this arena is there for when we need it.

SUPPLEMENTS - Amongst all the lifestyle changes and protocols will be opportunities to discuss in depth nutritional supplement protocols to help boost the effectiveness of any changes we are aiming to make. Supplements are there to add on after dialling in and doing the foundational adjustments around nutrition, movement, sleep etc really well.

HORMONES - Sex hormones, stress hormones, thyroid hormones and hormones regulating sleep mood, hunger and focus are all covered as standard within the coaching program as these all affect your health and when not in a state of balance, can have huge ramifications on all areas of your life.
On top of this, if you are a UK client, I have close links to an incredible centre where we can arrange direct treatment of or hire of hyperbaric oxygen chambers and use of sauna, red light bed and PEMF treatments.
I also work closely with an incredible biological dentist. So if you are in the UK and we need to look a little deeper and holistically at your teeth, bones of the face and their links to your health, we can help you arrange an appointment with a practitioner who can be a huge contributor towards improved health.
