THERE IS ANOTHER PATH

Fear and anxiety are both closely linked emotions.
Fear is an emotional response to a current, near, immediate or perceived threat; while anxiety is the emotion tied to future possible events or scenarios.
- Anxiety is the fear of the future.
- Fear is the response to now
Both of these emotional states create rapid changes to your body’s physiology; increasing heart rate, blood pressure, stress hormone and adrenaline release, increased blood sugar, deeper metabolic changes and heightened nerve ending receptor sensitivity.
They can both dramatically impact your decision making in the now and for the future.

Fear can create recursive neurological loops. These are where future states are controlled by previous ones and visa-versa.
By identifying the experiences linked to your fears and anxieties, we are able to use techniques to break these recursive loops, anchoring new states of calm and peace - thus helping your subconscious mind to return to its prior, coherent state.
Everyone has this capacity, no matter how long you have held a fear or state of anxiety.
PHOBIAS
Phobias are an overwhelming, reflexive fear to a particular object, action, place or animal.
They defy rational logic and can be incredibly disruptive.

In the UK it is estimated that around 10 million people experience some degree of phobia.
Around 6-7 million of those people are estimated to have a phobia significant enough that has the ability to effect daily life.

Phobias are extremely heightened levels of fear, that, like any fear, can be resolved.
Phobias can be eliminated.
They can be replaced with neutral states of calm.

The phobia can be viewed or experienced with zero fear.

Traumatic events form a kind of date stamp on our timelines and are used as reference points for future experiences.
Our subconscious mind re-frames new experiences based on unresolved trauma - generating a new timeline of future responses to many of life’s situations.
Because they are, as the name suggests, traumatic, their impact is often felt system wide - affecting multiple subconscious emotional systems, personality and identity.
The work we do here utilising NLP and Quantum techniques enables your subconscious to no longer see aspects of the traumatic experiences as dangerous. We eliminate the threat response, replacing it with calm, centred neutrality.
It’s having the ability to look back in time and view a traumatic event and see if for what it is, something in the past - not something that should be still viewed as an immediate threat.
When you remove the subconscious emotional threat responses to these events, the veil of fear that once ruled your life is able to be pulled back, for good.
THE MIND CAN UNLEARN FEAR
