Around 70% of adults report experiencing anxiety at any given point.

 

About 20% of all UK adults experience anxiety levels all or most of the time. 

 

And 34% of those say their anxiety interferes with daily life. 

 

These numbers are even bigger in the younger generation with around 86% of 18-24 year olds experiencing anxiety recently and up to 45% say their anxiety interferes with life to some extent. 

 

It’s these stats that inspire me to help as many people as I can; because I know that anxiety or fear do not need to have such a grip on your life. ​​

I have spent the last 16 years working with individuals from every walk of life bearing the weight of complex emotional and physical trauma. This journey has led me to be taught and mentored by some of the world’s experts in mental health techniques, neurology, movement and pain.

 

My mission is to learn, to lead and to help people escape the clutches of anxiety, fear, unresolved trauma and PTSD - Fast.   

 

I don’t buy into one dogmatic method of therapy, I buy into results - no matter how they come. 

My expertise doesn’t end at the complexities of the emotional mind.  You’ll also find me elsewhere working with complex pain and health conditions. 

 

Having a vast and detailed knowledge base of psychology, trauma, functional neurology, cellular biology and disease states, functional medicine, applied kinesiology, quantum healing and exercise and physical performance.

 

Combined, they allow me to be truly one of a kind. 

When you work with me, you are working with someone that truly walks the walk. 

Personal Life

Outside of work I am a husband and father to two very active, young boys. Climbing trees and building dens in the woods or spending time on the beach or in the mountains with my family are some of my favourite activities. Raising two boys that will someday be men is my proudest and most challenging ongoing achievement.

 

I am a lifelong inline hockey player and regularly move weights in the gym and run. Exercise and health are two passions that I live and breathe.

 

I have always been an incredibly reflective person and spend some time every day, meditating, connecting to myself. This process of self-reflection and exploration is an ongoing practice that enables me to find grounding and peace in a busy world.

 

My own personal goal as a role model for my children is to exemplify health and vitality, the pursuance of adventure while remaining ever curious.
